Graphic Resources Inc. maintains a secure climate controlled warehouse to store a variety of different products. By having our client’s product on hand, we gain efficiency and cost savings on when the product is produced and distributed. Whether the items are many small packs of forms or full pallets, we organize them efficiently to be able to move them in and out as needed. Our custom software system provides us comprehensive reporting for efficient stock management.
Distribution
We didn’t create the phrase “Just in Time” but, we do pride ourselves with our efficient delivery processes. Whether your product is hand delivered or shipped directly to your business, we make sure that the process is effective and you get the product you need when you need it.
Inventory Management
To some of our competitors the idea of inventory management is to overload customer’s inventory levels and then just wait until the reorder comes around. This limits your flexibility to make changes in your products and opens the door for obsolecense. We don’t believe this is the best way to spend your dollars. At Graphic Resources, Inc. we use our proprietary inventory software to group all of our customers print jobs into economical print runs. This allows our clients to order in smaller quantities and still get the best pricing along with the most flexibility.
